TERMS & CONDITIONS:
At the Flower Studio Manchester we want to ensure that we give the best service possible to our clients.
On placing an order with The Flower Studio Manchester you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend these as necessary.
1.1 Whilst we shall do everything within our power to provide the flowers as agreed within your proposal or as discussed whilst taking your order, we reserve the right to make substitutions should a product be unavailable due to seasonal variations; supply chain issues or due to the perishable nature of our product.
2.1 Your flowers are guaranteed for 5 days from the date of delivery, with the exception of flowers supplied for weddings, events, funerals and demonstrations.
2.2 Flowers for weddings, events, funerals and demonstrations are expected to last for the duration of the event they have been supplied for.
2.3 Flowers which have been supplied without a water source e.g. buttonholes/circlets are not guaranteed to last for more than a couple of hours. Especially in extremes of temperature.
2.4 Once flowers are delivered it is your responsibility to look after them as stated in the care instructions provided, either verbally or written.
3.1 Any complaints relating to our product should be addressed within the guaranteed period and will require visual evidence. Contact should be made via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 07857 968930
3.2 Refunds or replacements will be made at the discretion of The Flower Studio ` Manchester.
3.3 The Flower Studio accepts no responsibility for staining or damage caused by products supplied once in the care of the customer, or where care instructions have not be adhered to.
4. HEALTH & SAFETY
4.1 No products supplied by us are suitable for human or animal consumption or ingestion. It is your responsibility to ensure that this does not happen.
4.2 Some flowers and plant materials maybe harmful, poisonous or cause irritation. Please advise us of any known allergies on ordering. If you require further information or clarification before placing an order, please ask.
WEDDINGS & EVENTS
5. BOOKING AND PAYMENTS
5.1 Wedding and event proposals are valid for 28 days from the date they are sent to you for consideration.
5.2 We will hold the date for your booking for the first 7 days after the proposal is sent, after which it will be opened back up and no longer reserved for you.
5.3 To book our services a non-refundable booking fee of 30% of the total amount is payable. This booking fee will be taken off the final balance but is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
5.4 Final balances are due 4 weeks before the event date.
5.5 Payments can be made by bank transfer, cheque or cash using the following details.

5.6 Upon booking we require confirmation of the items required from the proposal provided. Amendments decreasing the size of your order by more than 30% are not permitted. If items are no longer required the value can be used elsewhere.
5.7 Once the final balance has been paid, the proposal can only be changed to incorporate additions subject to availability.
6.1 If the booking is cancelled more than 6 months before the date of the event the booking fee will be retained and no further monies due.
6.2 If the booking is cancelled within 6 months of the date of the event, 50% payment of the total order value is required.
6.3 If the booking is cancelled within 3 months of the date of the event, 75% payment is required.
6.4 If the booking is cancelled within 4 weeks of the date of the event, 100% payment is required.
7.1 First and final consultations are free of charge. For excessive further consultations and amendments to the proposal a charge of £30 per hour will be added to the final invoice.
7.2 A final consultation will be arranged around 1 month before the date of the event. Here final numbers need to be confirmed and the final details agreed. Final consultations are often carried out via telephone.
8. HIRE ITEMS
8.1 Any hired items including artificial flowers remain property of The Flower Studio Manchester and will be collected at the end of the evening or the following day as agreed with the venue.
8.2 An additional security deposit will be required to secure the hired items. Any items broken or missing on collection will be charged for as stipulated on your proposal and any remaining deposit refunded. Should the security deposit not cover the full value of damaged or missing items a separate invoice will be raised.
8.3 Security deposits will be returned via bank transfer within 2 days of the event ending. Checks will be made prior to the event to make sure bank details are correct.
8.4 On occasions it maybe more cost effective for the client to return hired items back to The Flower Studio Manchester. On agreement these items must be returned at a pre-arranged time to The Flower Studio Manchester, unit 14, Rear of 60 Bury Old Road, Whitefield, Manchester, M45 6TL
9.1 Photographs taken by us of your arrangements remain our property.
9.2 We will only share photographs of your event flowers after the time of the event itself.
9.3 Occasionally we may share images with you or your guests in. Please let us know in advance if you would prefer us not to do this.
All fresh flowers are yours to take or give away at the end of the event.
